William Sully Sullivan

William Sullivan, "Sully", 80, of Westwood, MA, formerly of Roslindale, MA, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2021.

He was a union carpenter and skilled tradesman for many years. William was the son of the late William J. Sullivan and Alice (Gottwald) Sullivan. Loving and dedicated husband of Joyce (Agnew) Sullivan, of 52 years, proud father of sons Scott and Michael and daughter Lisa. Known as "PA" to his two grandchildren that he loved dearly, Megan and Stephen. Brother of Alice Welby, Maureen Harrington, Ann Sallee, Janet Sullivan and Jimmy Sullivan. Known as "Sully" to many, he was a hardworking and caring man, true jokester, animal lover, enjoyed music and took much pride in his yard and had a passion for gardening.

According to his wishes, calling hours will be private. Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Service at New Westwood Cemetery, High St., in Westwood on Saturday October 9th at 11am. Donations in Sully's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
