Warren Henry Ruchie

d. November 13, 2014

RUCHIE – Warren Henry Jr, 61, of Falmouth, formerly of Westwood, died November 13th, 2014.

Warren was an incredible husband to Barbara (Toomey) Ruchie for 32 years. He was a caring, compassionate, and devoted father to Warren Henry Ruchie III and Ryan Toomey Ruchie who he loved more than life. Son to Dr. Warren Ruchie Sr. (deceased) and Rita Ruchie, and son in law to William and Patricia Toomey. Brother to Janice, Nancy, Cindy, Mary (deceased), John who gave him life many times through bone marrow and kidney transplants over 30 years, Jeff and Jill (twins), Jim, and Mark.

The Ruchie's are a truly unique and incredible family that grew up in a small farming community in Willmar, Minnesota in the 1960's when rebelling in pursuit of a more compassionate world was the only item on the menu. Where you can still return and revel in the glorious simple and compassionate world of freedom, liberation, independence, and devotion to family and friends, while surrounded by beautiful lakes, rolling grassy hills and farms, and all the love for the true American Spirit. It is this world that made Warren the most compassionate life partner that entered Barbara, and his beautiful boys' world, and gave selfless love and beauty to everyone around him. Warren made everyone's world a better place simply by being himself. He made people laugh without trying, lived life to the fullest where his lifetime motto was always "Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying", and tackled and triumphed, in every adventurous and exciting excursion, as if every breath was his last. His presence made everything, and everybody, simply make sense and return the world to calm. He judged no one, and truly loved everyone. He saw the best in everyone, effortlessly and always. His zest and love for life, and impenetrable spirit and will-to-live to the maximum potential, put him in a league of his own. Forever rocking in our worlds Dahling/Dad/Warnie/
Commissioner and Beautiful Friend. XXXXOXOXO…
