Harris --- Walter C. of Punta Gorda, Fl; formerly of Westwood, May 14, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Mary Anne (Meade) Harris. Loving father of Walter C. Harris Jr. and his wife Leslie of Westwood and John Harris and his wife Michelle of Savage, MN. Cherished grandfather of Dan, Katie, Sam, Ian and Taylor. Devoted brother of the late Dorothy Ciccia, Anita Dyson, Theresa Mardanes and Robert Harris. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Late Navy Veteran WWII.
Funeral from the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home 55 High Rock St. (Off Route 109) Westwood, on Monday, May 19, at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Denis Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday, from 2:00 – 6:00pm. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Walter's name to the Easter seals of Massachusetts, Denholm Building, 484 Main St. Worcester, MA 01608-1817
