Stephen J. Gulo Jr.

Stephen J. Gulo Jr., of Dover, MA died January 22, 2023. Born November 16, 1944 at Turners Falls, MA. His parents were the late Edna (Sliwa) Gulo and Stephen Gulo. Stephen graduated Turners Falls High School in 1962 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of MA at Amherst in 1966 with a BA in History. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force, serving in the Republic of Vietnam 1967-1968. He worked as Operations and Marketing Manager for New England Telephone/Verizon and enjoyed reading, biking, hiking, cooking and New England Patriots football.
Stephen married Alexis J. Dandreta on January 8, 1988. He is survived by his nieces Colleen Pritoni and family, Lauren Knapp and family, Jamie Levi and family, nephew Randal Lynch, his aunt Joyce Makowski and cousins Jane Jankowski, Susie
Mega, Cheryl Steiner and Betty Gulo.
Donations may be made in Stephen's memory to the Town of Medfield COA/ARCP (Adult Respite Care Program), 1 lce House Road, Medfield, MA 02052 where Stephen spent many happy times.
At some future date, to be determined by the family, U.S. Air Force Military Honors will be rendered for Stephen and interment will be private.
