GOODALE, Robert F., of Westwood, MA, formerly of Roslindale, MA, died October 11th, 2022. Beloved husband of Carolyn H. (Erskine) Goodale for 65 years. Loving and devoted father of Deborah (Goodale) Zaza, Robert Goodale, Jr., Pamela (Goodale) Tomsik and her husband Scott Tomsik and Mark Goodale and his wife Stacey Goodale.
Devoted grandfather of Kiersten (Zaza) Botelho and her husband Matt Botelho, Devon (Zaza) Chandor and her husband Douglas Chandor, Caroline Tomsik, Natalie and Benjamin Goodale and great grandfather of Robert James Botelho.
Loving Brother of Betty Jenner, Peter Goodale, Helen McDonald, and Mary Cardello.
He is predeceased by his brothers Buddy and John Goodale, his sister Dorothy Goodale, and his loving daughter, Cynthia (Goodale) Philips.
Robert is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Tuesday Oct. 18th from 4-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning Oct. 19th at 10:30 am in St. Timothy's Church, 650 Nichols St., Norwood. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's memory to St Jude's Hospital at: https://www.stjude.org
Robert was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of Korea.
