McInnis --- Raymond J. of Westwood, September 15, 2014. Beloved husband of Barbara A. (Myles) McInnis. Loving father of Raymond J. McInnis Jr. and his wife Wendy of Shrewsbury, Michael R. McInnis of Plainfield, CT; Daniel J. McInnis and his wife Bonnie of Northborough, and William M. McInnis and his wife Katherine of Westwood. Cherished grandfather of Meghan, Raymond J. III, Robyn, Christie, Annie and Katelin. Devoted brother of Eleanor McCarthy of Natick and Victor McInnis of Cotuit. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home 55 High Rock St. Westwood, (Off Route 109) on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Interment New Westwood Cemetery.

Ray was a B-24 Navigator in the U. S. Army Air Corps during WWII and a retired Division Engineer for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
