Pauline (Crepeau) McGee, an event planner and passionate leader of youth activities in Westwood for many years, passed away quietly and comfortably in The Villages, FL on August 9, 2011. She was 71.
Mrs. McGee was born on November 6, 1939, in Woonsocket, RI, to Josephat (Jerry) Crepeau and Marie Rose Angelique (Boisvert). She married Paul McGee on September 2, 1961. In Woonsocket, RI, she was an active member of the Precious Blood Church Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) and was once selected as queen of the annual diocesan dance held at LaSalle Academy in Providence. Pauline was exceptionally well read with an avid interest in music, history and the cultures of the world. She was passionately concerned for the poor and disadvantaged in this country and abroad, and was a constant advocate for youths from every background.
