POSIVAK, Patricia A. (Hoy), of Medfield, MA, formerly of Rochester NY, died March 10^th, 2023. Beloved wife of John S. Posivak.  Loving mother of Edward Posivak and his wife Kathleen of Hopewell Junction, NY and Maryanne Posivak of Melrose, MA. Proud grandmother of Michael Posivak of West Jordan, UT and Christopher Posivak of Stamford, CT.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Saturday morning March 18^th from 9-10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 133 Spring St., Medfield at 11am. Burial at a later date in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester NY. Memorials may be made in Patricia’s name to Albertus Magnus Tuition Assistance Fund @ Albertus.edu.
