Mary Rose (Tedesco) DeVasto

DeVasto, Mary Rose (Tedesco) of Norwood, formerly of Westwood and Roslindale, died August 1, 2017. Mary was born on March 5, 1922, beloved wife of the late Carl P. DeVasto of Westwood, MA, loving mother of the late Carl H. DeVasto of Bellingham, MA, Daniel P. DeVasto and his wife Katherine of Bonita Springs, FL, Paul J. DeVasto and his wife Linda of Sharon, MA, Mary Ciriello of Wellesley, MA, Jody McGoff and her husband Brendan of Norwood, MA, and Raymond P. DeVasto of Natick, MA. Mary was also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by brother Angelo Tedesco, and sisters Lena Nabreski, Beatrice Mancino, and Gloria Adkisson, Mary was a devoted wife and mother and a long-time, dedicated parishioner of Saint Margaret Mary's Parish, in Westwood. Mary died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. Services and interment were private.
