DOHERTY, Mary K. (McCabe), age 97, of Westwood, formerly of Charlestown, died on January 19th, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late John P. Doherty. Loving mother of Charles V. Doherty and his wife Patricia of Wakefield and Diane M. O'Brien and her husband Edward of Westwood. Devoted grandmother of Karen Stickney and her husband James of Wakefield, Brian Doherty of Reading, Kristine Matthews and her husband Corey of Walpole, Kevin O'Brien of Charlestown and Jill Toomey and her husband Kevin of Westwood. Great grandmother of Hailey, Liam, Lily, Julia, Colin, Coleman and Brendan. Sister of the late Elizabeth, John and George McCabe and Anna McGuinness and Helen Jackson and best friend of the late Marjorie McCabe. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Monday Jan. 23rd from 4-8pm. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Tuesday morning Jan. 24th at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High St., Westwood at 10am. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
