Mary G. Connolly

CONNOLLY – Mary G., formerly resided on Brookfield Road, Westwood, died June 24th, 2009 at age 93. Mary was born in Boston on September 28, 1916 the daughter of the late Garrett Connolly and Nora M. (Forrest). Mary was predeceased by her brothers John, Stephen and Garrett and her sister Sr. M. Peter Claver. She is survived by her nephews, Garrett Connolly of MD, David Connolly of NJ, Jeffrey Connolly of MD and a niece Paula Close of NJ.

Mary was a graduate of Boston State Teachers College, the Woods College for Advanced Studies at Boston College and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences at Boston College.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Tuesday evening June 30th from 6-8pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Wednesday morning July 1st at 8am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Denis Church at 9am. Interment at New Westwood Cemetery.
