Marie E. (Fortunate) Saari

SAARI – Marie E. (Fortunate), formerly of Westwood, died peacefully on February 2nd, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Adolph G. "John" Saari. Loving mother of Ronald Saari and his wife Margaret of Sandwich, Cheryl Pearson and her husband Ronald of Norfolk, Diane Saari of Hudson, Richard Saari and his wife Terry of Maryland and Andrea McMahon and her husband Doug of Norton. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Monday morning Feb. 6th from 8:30 – 9:30am. Following the visitation a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High St., Westwood at 10 am. Interment at New Westwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marie's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
