NOLAN - Lydia M. (Mantica), 83, of Norwood died on Sunday, December 22 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Albany, NY on April 2, 1930 daughter of the late Albert J. and Lydia E. Mantica and stepmother Jean Mantica. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, James M. Nolan, Norwood, and children, Susan (Gary) Landry, Newburgh, ME; James M.(Malkit) Nolan Jr., Franklin, MA; Gregory P. (Elaine) Nolan, Hanover, MA; Jean M. Nolan, Arlington, MA; Anne M. (James) McGlame, Medfield, MA; grandchildren James M. Nolan III, Boston, MA; Joseph (Denise) Nolan, Medway, MA; Caroline, John and Katherine Nolan, Hanover, MA; Emily and Nolan McGlame, Medfield, MA; Liam and Mia Nolan-Hayun, Franklin, MA and great-grandson, Jackson Nolan, Medway, MA. Sisters-in-law Mary M. Nolan and Catherine Mantica both of Albany, NY. She was predeceased by her sisters Elsa Butler and Margaret Lee and brother John W. Mantica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Friday morning Dec. 27th from 9:30 – 10:30am. Following the visitation a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church at 11am. Interment at New Westwood Cemetery.
