Lucy M. (Tohak) Rose
May 16, 1920 — July 10, 2009
ROSE – Lucy M. (Tohak), of Westwood formerly of Dedham, died July 10th 2009 at age 89.
Beloved wife of the late Lt. John A. Rose of the B.F.D. Devoted mother of Carol Fallon and her husband Stephen of Westwood, John A. Rose Jr. and his wife Joyce of Medfield, Christine Iverson and her husband Mark of Sharon and Kathryn Robinson and her husband Keith of Marshfield. Also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many loving relatives in Germany.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Monday July 13th from 4-8pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday morning July 14th at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Mary Church at 10am. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury.
Lucy was past president of the German Ladies Aid Society and Treasurer and Board Member of the Trustees of the Deutsches Altenheim.
