Laura DiCenso, 48, of Westwood, MA passed away peacefully on December 29th, 2021 surrounded by family and friends after a long illness.
Laura leaves behind her husband, Kevin Chase and their young twin boys, Bryson, and Brayden Chase of Westwood. Her father, Feliciano "Phil" DiCenso, and her mother, Michelina "Mickey" DiCenso (Pennacchio) both of Westwood.

She is also survived by her brother, Peter DiCenso, his wife Anne and their son and daughter, Jack, and Ashley DiCenso of Norfolk. Her sister Donna McDonough, her husband, Paul, and their son Max McDonough of Norfolk. She also leaves behind uncles, aunts, cousins, and many dear friends.

Born on August 12th, 1973 in Boston, MA. Laura was a longtime Westwood resident and graduated from Westwood High in 1991. She attended Bridgewater State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She worked as a site analyst for Genzyme Corporation for over 12 years. One of the greatest joys in her life was being a mother to her boys.

Laura was the President of Westwood's Preschool PTO in 2017, while her children attended, and was the proprietor of Lilly & Beau, an upscale children's clothing boutique in Westwood.

Laura was extremely creative. She was well known for her eye for attention to detail, style, fashion, and design. Her many talents led her into several interests including wedding/party planning, corporate functions, and interior design. She was an avid antique collector, dealer and ran numerous vintage/antique shops in the local area for many years. Laura was dedicated to her family, friends, and business. Laura enjoyed shopping, traveling, entertaining, and hanging out with family and friends.

She could light up a room with her infectious smile and laugh. Her kindness and personality touched so many people and Laura was dearly loved by all who knew and met her. She will truly be missed.

A funeral is scheduled for 10am, Thursday, January 20th at St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High St., Westwood, MA (Masks are required). All are welcome to attend and celebrate Laura's life.
