DORGAN, Judith W. (McEnroe), of Dover, passed away at home on November 19, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Before her death at age 81, Judy had battled cancer for years. Beloved wife of Richard W. Dorgan for more than 51 years and loving mother of seven children: Ellen Dorgan Elia of Woodbine, MD; Elizabeth "Lisa" Dorgan McHugh of Dedham; Mark Dorgan of Bristol, RI; Gregory Dorgan of New York, NY; John Dorgan of Chesapeake, VA; Dr. Dan Dorgan of Philadelphia, PA and Marie Dorgan Davis of Dorchester. Judy is also survived by her 9 precious grandchildren and a nephew, Ted McEnroe of Andover. She was pre-deceased by her parents Joe and Mildred McEnroe of Attleboro and her dear brother Joseph "Jeff" McEnroe of Andover. Mrs. Dorgan was a graduate of the North Attleboro schools and from the College of New Rochelle, NY, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration. She served for several years as Personnel Training Director at R.H. Stearns Company in Boston and later as Personnel Director of Essex County Bank & Trust Company in the Lynn area. During her "Dover years", she was active in Most Precious Blood Church, in the church Sodality, parish committees and in the choir as an enthusiastic soprano. Judy was active in her children's school events and projects and later in events of the Dover Council on Aging. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Friday Nov. 25th from 4-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday afternoon Nov. 26th at 1pm in Most Precious Blood Church, 30 Centre St., Dover. Interment at Highland Cemetery, Dover.
