Newton - Josephine T. (Meredith) of Westwood, formerly of Roslindale and Jamaica Plain, died on November 13, 2014. Beloved wife of Ronald J. Newton and the late Richard Gallivan. Loving sister of Robert Meredith and his wife Frances of Westwood, Jeanne Rampino and her husband John of Norwood, Charles Meredith and his wife Irene of West Roxbury, the late Mary Almon, Evelyn Daley, Joseph and John Meredith. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Sunday Nov. 16th from 2-5pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning Nov. 17th at 10am in St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High St., Westwood. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital PO Box 1893 Memphis, TN 38101-9950
