John G. Clegg

CLEGG - John G. (Sr.) of Dublin, OH, died on July 22 at the age of 82. Survived by his daughter, Karen, and her husband, Richard Spector of Dublin, OH. Predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Catherine T. (McPhail) Clegg, his sons, Robert, Jack, and Richard Clegg, and siblings, Mary Jane Powers, Ellenor Kim and Thomas Clegg, Sr. Cherished grandfather of six and great-grandfather of three, with many loving nieces and nephews. Brother of Stephen Clegg of Dorchester. John was a longtime resident of Westwood, a beloved teacher, musician, and friend, who through music and laughter brought joy to the lives of many.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate John's life by eating ice cream, playing some music, sharing a joke, and laughing loudly with those they love. Interment private.
