John S. Bradley

John S. Bradley, 77, of Westwood, MA, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  Beloved son of the late John J. and Alice M. (Kadlick) Bradley.  Loving brother of Robert Bradley and his wife Carol of Hanover, MA, Edward Bradley of Westwood, MA and Marilyn Costello and her husband Kevin, of Westwood MA.  Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews, Chrissy Leon, Robert Bradley, Keri Tilman, Scott Bradley, Jill Whelan and Matthew Bradley.

John was an avid sports lover, in particular the horse and dog races.  John loved the outdoors, and enjoyed time in the yard tending to his flowers and watching the birds. He turned on the charm behind the bar over the years, and mixed everybody’s favorite drink while debating the latest sports games.  John also enjoyed many years on our local golf courses as a groundskeeper as well as enjoying 18 holes of golf like a pro, while spending winters in Florida.  Most of all, John had a deep love for his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. Westwood on Monday May 22nd from 5-8pm. Funeral services and interment will be private. Donations may be made in John’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
