Clifford, Jeanne A. (Watson), of Westwood, formerly of Hyde Park died April 16, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Francis E. Clifford. Loving mother of John and Gail Clifford of Wareham, Richard and Anne Clifford of Marstons Mills, Janine and Frank Murphy of Dedham, Julie Clifford and Michael Terry of Westwood, Eileen and Craig Comstock of Marblehead and Stephen and Jennifer Clifford of Barnstable. Devoted grandmother of Kara and John Carey, John and Lisi Clifford, Kaitlyn Clifford, Meghan Clifford, Kevin Murphy, Liam Murphy, Sean Terry, Dylan Terry, Derek Scace, William Clifford, Alyssa Clifford, Ethan Clifford, Camille Comstock, Catherine Comstock, Cameron Comstock, Ted Clifford and Andrew Clifford. Great grandmother of Mackenzie, Connor and Jameson Carey and lifelong friend of Nancy (Riley) Faherty. Sister of the late Air Corps Sargent John T. Watson, Mary E. Smith and Gerard Watson (Brother Quentin, OFM). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Thursday April 20th from 4-8pm. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Friday morning April 21st at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Denis Church, 157 Washington St., Westwood at 10am. Interment at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.

Jeanne was passionate about the power of higher education to open the doors of possibility for all.

In lieu of flowers, honor her memory by donating to the scholarship fund of your choice or to Notre Dame Academy, 1073 Main Street, Hingham, MA 02043 or to the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
