James M. Lydon

LYDON – James M., of Carson, CA, formerly of Westwood, died January 9th, 2016. Beloved son of the late Martin J. and Elizabeth (Gillis) Lydon. Loving brother of M. Patricia Dutton and her husband Jackson of Sharon and the late Elizabeth Lydon, John Lydon and Margaret Horton. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and their families. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Monday morning Jan. 18th from 9:30 – 10:30am. Following the visitation a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High St., Westwood at 11am. Interment with military honors at New Westwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to the charity of your choice. Jim was a U.S. Navy Veteran of Korea. He retired from his position as a Quality Assurance Engineer for the US Government, after 35 years of Service.
