JARDIN – Jack A., of Westwood, passed away on August 10th, 2016.
Beloved son of John F. and Doreen C. (Wong) Jardin of Westwood. Loving brother of Isabelle D. Jardin of Westwood. Devoted grandson of Maria Jardin of Stoughton and the late Anthony Jardin and the late David and Doris Wong. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Jack's life was full of hope and promise. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Saturday Aug. 13th from 2-6pm. Funeral services and interment will be private.
