LARCH – Ingegerd (Jonsson), of Westwood, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on August 2nd, 2015. Beloved wife of Steven Larch for 44 years. Loving mother of Sarah Larch of Westwood and Erika Brooks and her husband Steven of Lincoln, RI. Loving "Mormor" of Anna Brooks. Devoted daughter of Elin Jonsson of Ronneby, Sweden and the late Hans Jonsson. Sister of the late Lars Jonsson.
Ingegerd's greatest pleasures in life were the company of her loving husband, devoted family, and precious grandchild. She enjoyed her days being outdoors, reading, visiting with her granddaughter, baking and exploring new recipes in her kitchen. She enjoyed many years of traveling the world with her husband and family creating many lasting friendships across the globe. Near and dear to her heart were her frequent trips to Sweden to see her cherished family and longtime friends.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated in Ingegerd's memory on Saturday morning August 8th at 10am in The First Parish of Westwood United Church, 340 Clapboardtree Street, Westwood.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Ingegerd's memory may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute - Women's Cancers: Ovarian Cancer Fund www.dana-farber.org/gift or The Trustees of Reservations www.thetrustees.org.
