Henry A. Vasil

VASIL – Henry A., of Westwood, formerly of West Roxbury, died November 20th, 2014. Beloved husband of Louise E. (Harrington) Vasil for 47 years. Loving father of Michael A. Vasil of Westwood and Peter A. Vasil and his wife Stacey of FL. Devoted grandfather of Amanda and Thomas Vasil of Walpole. Father-in-law of Kristine Vasil of Walpole. Brother of Dianna Kaplanes of Worcester and the late Nick Vasil and Barbara Belisle. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Henry was a former employee of Boston Edison Co. for 38 years and a U.S. Army Veteran of Korea.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Monday Nov. 24th from 4-8pm. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday morning Nov. 25th at 11am in the Albanian Orthodox Cathedral of St. George, 523 East Broadway, South Boston, MA 02127. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Henry's memory to the Albanian Orthodox Cathedral at the address indicated above.
