POWELL – Helen J. (Klimavich), of Walpole, formerly of Arlington and Somerville, died February 11th, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Peter S. Powell. Loving mother of Paula J. Scoble and her husband William of Westwood and Alberta S. Giles and her husband Kenneth of Carlsbad, CA.

Devoted grandmother of Kristin Scoble, Alison Scoble Gallagher, Jennifer Giles Johnson, Victoria Giles Hemerick and Kimberly Giles. Great grandmother of Zachary Johnson and Katelyn Hemerick. Sister of the late Joseph Kilmer.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Sunday February 14th from 2-6pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday morning February 15th at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Timothy’s Church, Norwood at 10am. Interment on Tuesday at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
