Helen F. McLaren

McLaren, Helen F. (McMasters), of Westwood, died March 1st 2017. Beloved wife of the late William "Bill" McLaren. Great aunt and godmother of Steven Turner and his wife Gail of Mansfield. Beloved Aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Dear friend for many years of Fred S. Pierce III and his wife Wan Li of Westwood. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Monday March 6th from 4-7pm. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday morning March 7th at 10am in St. John's Episcopal Church, 95 Deerfield Ave., Westwood. Interment with military honors at Old Westwood Cemetery. Helen was the first independent lady real estate agent in the Town of Westwood and was a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran of WWII. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
