D. Edward Carbonaro of Franconia, NH, formerly of Westwood, MA, died peacefully surrounded by family on January 27, 2010 at the age of 81.
Beloved husband of 58 years to Natalie (Daniell). Devoted father of Edward (Ted) Carbonaro and wife Nancy of West Newton, MA, Jill Carbonaro Paquette and husband Richard Ryder of Medfield, MA, Peter Carbonaro and wife Anita Pelusi of Georgetown, MA, and, Robert Carbonaro and wife Carol of Wellesley, MA. Loving Grandfather of Danielle (Paquette) Hamann and Michael Paquette, Nicole (Carbonaro) Quin, Justin, Brianna and Connor Carbonaro, and, Katherine and Michael Carbonaro. He also leaves his brother, Victor Carbonaro and wife Betty of Great Neck, NY, three cousins: Mrs. Connie DeCaro and husband Aristide of Glen Cove, NY, Dr. Charles Palminteri of Port Charlotte, FL and Dr. Domenic Mandracchia and wife Zulma of North Hills, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Carbonaro served in the Army and loved travelling, skiing, golfing and the outdoors.
Friends and family are invited to Holden, Dunn & Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. Westwood, MA on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, from 4-7 p.m.
