HEARNE - Diana Allan (nee Betty Diana Allan) passed away peacefully on January 16, 2016. She was 95 and lived in Walpole, MA. Diana was the daughter of Capt.William (Peter) Allan and Ethel Mary Simons. She was born in Aldershot, Hampshire, England.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert B. Hearne, Sr. in 2003. She is survived by a daughter, Sara, of Norfolk ,Ma; a son, Robert, Jr., of Princeton, NJ; and six grandchildren. Diana also leaves a half- brother, Richard of Watlington, Oxfordshire, England. She was predeceased by her brother Anthony Murray (Jock) and her half-sister, Rosalind. Burial will be private. A memorial service is being planned for the Spring.
