Dennis Wayne Lee

Dennis Wayne Lee, 72, passed away on February 14, 2023. He was born in Louisville, KY.

He was the only son to Henry Otis, and Adelene Lee of Hodgenville, KY, who preceded him in death. 

Dennis leaves behind his loving son Douglas Henry Lee and former wife Lorraine Lee.

In his younger years Dennis was an accomplished drummer. He played with The Cumberlands and other bands in the area. He was endorsed by Tama Drums and was featured in the 1981 Tama Drum Catalog along side with Mick Fleetwood.

Dennis started Carriage House Motors in Crestwood Ky. He was buying and selling collector cars from the early 70’s and traveling to auctions across the country. He was a certified car appraiser. He held many “Best of Show” awards with his cars.

Dennis also served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

A private burial will be held at Redhill Cemetery, Hodgenville KY.
