Barbara (Anderson) Mitchell

MITCHELL – Barbara (Anderson), age 94, of Westwood, died May 12th, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Chester C. Mitchell. Loving mother of Thomas L. Mitchell and his wife Rosemarie, Chester C. Mitchell Jr. and his wife Catherine, Stephen J. Mitchell and his wife Cynthia and the late Clair M. Mitchell. Devoted grandmother of Lisa M. McGeough, Christine A. Ball, Thomas J. Mitchell, Marisa Fasciano and James, Michael and Jacqueline Mitchell, Jennifer Sallet and John and Michael Heilner. Great grandmother of Caroline, Daniel and Sean McGeough, Mila Cesaretti, Gemma, Ava and Luca Fasciano and Cameron, Brady and Haley Mitchell. Sister of the late Velmore Anderson. Also survived by 3 loving nieces: Elaine Mahony, Beverly Matarese and Edwina Barsano.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St. (off Route 109) Westwood on Monday morning May 24th from 8:30 – 9:30am. Following the visitation a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church, Westwood at 10am. Interment at New Calvary Cemetery, Roslindale.
