Anthony “Tony” P. DiBartolomeo, Sr., of Sandwich, MA, passed away peacefully at home on September 2, 2023 at the age of 68 after succumbing to his battle with ALS.
Tony was born to Pantaleone and Helen DiBartolomeo of West Roxbury, MA on January 21, 1955. Tony was a devoted father and husband. He leaves behind his wife Tina (Pinciaro) DiBartolomeo and his children Nina of Sandwich, MA, Chantal of Quincy, MA and Anthony and his wife Suzanne of Raymond, NH. Brother of Leo DiBartolomeo of Medford, MA. Son-in-Law of Cesidio Pinciaro and his late wife Julia Pinciaro of Norwood, MA. Brother-in-Law of Cesidio and Paula Pinciaro of Franklin, MA and his late wife Patricia Pinciaro, Lisa Morteo and her late husband Albert Morteo Sr. of Norwood, John and Pattie Pinciaro of Medfield, MA and Jim and Donna Pinciaro of Norwood, MA. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Tony was a longtime member of the Westwood, MA community where he raised his children and grew his business of 30 plus years, Highview Landscaping. He was one of a kind and would light up every room he walked into with his smile. He will be remembered most for his kind heart, sense of humor, dedication to those he loved, and commitment as a Boston Celtics fan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., Westwood on Monday morning Sept. 11th from 9-11am. Following the Visitation, a Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Funeral Home at 11am. Burial will be private for family only.
