Andrew D. Dorr

Dorr, Dr. Andrew D., MD, of Westwood and North Falmouth, died November 11, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Ann Marie (Clausen) Dorr. Loving father of Peter Dorr and his wife Diane of North Falmouth, Michael Dorr of Dedham and Andrea Weeman and her husband Darren of Westwood. Devoted grandfather of Sara and Connor Dorr and Andrew and Elizabeth Weeman. Brother of the late Eugene Dorr. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Andy was a long time physician in Norwood who devoted his life to taking care of others. Andy loved spending his summers with family and friends on Cape Cod. Andy enjoyed reading, traveling and watching sports.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St., WESTWOOD, on Friday Nov. 16th from 4-8pm. Funeral procession from the funeral home on Saturday morning Nov. 17th at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Denis Church, 157 Washington St., Westwood at 10am. Interment at New Westwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to Brigham & Women's Hospital for Leukemia Research at The Ebert Laboratory and mailed to Mark Clausen, 1 Margaret Drive, Norton, MA 02766. Dr. Dorr was a U.S. Army Veteran.
