Ada Maia

Ada Maia left us on August 11th 2024 at the age of 85. She was born in Taranto, Italy, on February 1st,1939. After a lifetime in Italy, she moved to Philadelphia in 2017 and then to Boston in 2022, to be close to her son Maurizio, her daughter in law Alexandra, and her grandchildren Sofia and Audrey. A fiercely independent woman, an amazing mother and grandmother, she was courageous until the last minute. She will always be with us. She is also survived by her siblings Sofia and Piero. 

Burial will be private.
